Family to Launch Foundation in Daughter`s Name After Her Mysterious Death

The family of Ashanti Billie have announced they are creating a foundation in honor of their daughter`s name. Billie`s was a student at the Art Institute of Virginia Beach, her body was found behind a North Carolina church over the weekend after she had been missing for nearly two weeks.
