Man dangles from power cables when trying to leave hotel without paying

Footage from China of a man hanging from telecommunication cables as he tries to flee his hotel to avoid pay for his room.

In the video, captured in Liupanshui, southwestern China's Guizhou Province on September 29, the man is stuck 30 metres in the air, dangling from the cables.

Firefighters can be seen helping the man reach the top of the building.

He was reportedly arrested by police after being rescued by the fire crew.
