I'm a home buyer, not a Realtor, so if you're on the receiving end of one of Jim's inspections, I feel you can rest assured it will be worth it. He is well organized, comes prepared, goes over the home you'll be looking at with a fine tooth comb so to speak. He treats that home like his own and will give you a laundry list of things you'll likely want to fix if you end up getting the home. I was impressed by both Jim and how he treated the process. A great process from a very respectable guy. I would have my Agent use, Jim, again if the need arises in the near future.
