West Ham have made a poor start to their second season in the London Stadium, and their third under Slaven Bilic.
The gaffer has done his best to turn results around by swapping formations and changing up his tactics - and while that move has gained The Hammers some points, it has perhaps come at the cost of using Javier Hernandez to the best of his ability.
With Swansea the next team to make the visit to Stratford, the pressure will only build on Bilic if his latest tactical tweak doesn't yield a second league win of the season.
