Target is giving back to its workers with a raise of $11 an hour. The announcement was made on Monday, and the company is also committing to a $15 an hour wage by 2020. Target also pointed out that the $11 wage is higher than the minimum wage in 48 other states. $11 is also much greater than $7.25, which is the federal minimum wage.
