Prince Harry was ’so happy to watch his lady’ as he met Meghan Markle on Suits’ set
PRINCE Harry made an unannounced visit to the set of girlfriend Meghan Markle’s TV show ahead of the couple’s first official appearance over the weekend, it has emerged. It was expected that the Paralympic-style event would be the first time Prince Harry and Miss Markle would officially appear as a couple, but the pair sat several rows apart. The Prince was seated in the VIP box, alongside US First Lady Melania Trump, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. Markle, 36, sat in a separate section with friend Markus Anderson who introduced her to the prince last year. The Invictus Games was set up by Prince Harry in 2014 for wounded, sick or injured armed services personnel.This year’s event featured some 550 athletes from 17 nations competing in 12 sports, including wheelchair basketball, archery and golf. The couple’s appearance at the games comes amid speculation that the Prince is preparing to propose in the near future.
Last week the actress’s older brother urged Prince Harry to “get on it” and pop the question.Thomas Markle Jr said: “I hope Prince Harry proposes. She's a hot commodity right now – he better get on it.“I do have a sense of pride in Meghan being successful.“It was just obvious from day one that she was destined to be somewhere really big.” The coupe have been quietly dating for a little over a year but have only been photographed together on a few occasions. In an interview with Vanity Fair earlier this month, Miss Markle said: “We’re two people who are really happy and in love.“I hope what people will understand is that this is our time.
