Ingredients \r
1 egg\r
1/4 cup peanut butter\r
1/4 cup cooking oil\r
1 teaspoon vanilla extr\r
1/3 cup honey (optional)\r
1 cup shredded carrots\r
1 cup whole wheat or white flour\r
1 teaspoon baking soda\r

Directions:\r
Preheat Oven to 350. Combine the egg, peanut butter, oil, vanilla, and honey (if you use it) in a large bowl, and blend it together. Stir in Carrots, then slowly add Flour and baking soda. Mix until thick. Spoon into greased round cake pan. \r

Bake for 40 mins at 350. Then leave in pan for 10 mins after removing from the oven. Them move to a cooling rack. \r

Frosting:\r
1 8oz Package of Cream Cheese\r
Dash of Cinnamon\r
Splash of Vanilla Extr\r
A squirt of Honey\r

Put it all in a bowl and whip until creamy! Ta da!\r
