This is my amazingly talented parrot Nelly!\r \r He is only 6 years old and literally doesnt stop talking! I am sure he is one of the most intelligent parrots on the planet! He can pick up a new saying in a day and I swear he knows exly what he is talking about!\r \r Please excuse the mess!
