Oddish to Vileplume - When to evolve in Pokemon Go

In this video I share my thoughts on when to evolve Pokemon in Pokemon Go, and why patience is so important.\r

My suggestion summarized:\r

For pokemon that have 3 stages (i.e. oddish, charmander, bulbasaur) save up your Candies until you have enough to reach that Pokemons max evolve form. If you evolve a bulbasaur into an Ivysaur you are wasting CP potential and Candies. Sure, you get a +1 to your Pokedex, but by the time you have enough candies you evolve that Ivysaur into a Venosaur, you are probably going to have a Bublasaur that is stronger than your Ivysaur.\r

If you want to have high CP Pokemon, be patient.\r
