Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffett has made a bold prediction.

Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffett made a bold prediction on Tuesday.
When addressing the crowd gathered at the Forbes 100th anniversary celebration, the billionaire said, "being short America has been a loser's game. I predict to you it will continue to be a loser's game.”
He went on to say that the Dow Jones Industrial Average will be "over 1 million" in 100 years, noting, “that is not a ridiculous forecast at all if you do the math.”
The Wall Street Journal did just that and reports, “It would take a 3.9% annual gain for the Dow to hit that benchmark in September of 2117. For context, the Dow has climbed 5.8% annually over the 100 years through Tuesday.”
87-year-old Buffett also made some comments about his personal 100-year-mark outlook.
After noting that female centenarians outnumber their male counterparts 5 to 1, Buffett quipped, “I think we should start thinking about a sex change.”
