這首歌是無意中聽到一個伴奏，很有感觸，便隨著那個伴奏寫下了這首歌的副歌，當時寫好副歌之後，歌詞也應運而生，算是一氣呵成。

這首歌寫了一個女生在男朋友離開她之前苦苦挽留的故事，也是方玥第一次嘗試寫英文歌。這首作品融合了時下很火的嘻哈曲風，由嘻哈小哥RJ操刀量身定制。MV拍攝過程中方玥應導演要求，飆起了演技，在MV中上演大哭戲碼。
