Garbage Trucks of Europe: Part 1 - England

3 refuse trucks collecting in the London and Wisbech areas.\r

First is a Mercedes Econic/Faun Rotopress owned my Plus Datashred collecting commercial cardboard right below Tower Bridge in London. That truck was particularly cool to see, as it is so unique. I personally like this version better than the one WM demoed in the U.S. The outer casing for the drum really gives it more of a garbage truck sort of feel. \r

Next is another Mercedes Econic, this time mated with a Dennis Eagle, owned by Veolia collecting commercial trash in the borough of Westminster, London. The Dennis Eagle really seems like a hybrid of a Leach 2R and Heil, with an EZ Pack-shaped tailgate.\r

Lastly is another Mercedes Econic/Dennis Eagle, collecting residential recycling in the rural area of Welney. This truck had those automatic European tippers made by Terberg where all the operator has to do is hook the can on and the contents are automatically dumped and packed.
