The New Stargazer 10.5 Cast Iron Skillet

This is a video of me opening my new Stargazer 10.5 unseasoned cast iron skillet. I was an early supporter of the Stargazer Kickstarter, so this is skillet #102 out of 250 from the first production run. It weighs in at just over five pounds and the surface, as you will see, is stellar. I will post more videos once I get it seasoned and begin using it. Thanks for watching!!\r
