French Apple Pie Tart

This video recipe is for a French Apple Pie Tart that was very popular during our French Bakery days. My dad still makes this for every Thanksgiving. This delicious tart is made of a sugar cookie dough, with a Marzipan (or Almond paste) custard with golden apples and an apricot preserve glaze on top. \r
