Scary Clown Stalker Without Costume on at Our Pool? Might Be Him!

We have decided to ride out the storm since it shifted southwest days before. We had lots of wind and rain. Some people try to impersonate others trying to be them. Stalkers are known for doing that as well as fans. As dad checks out the window he notices there is a teenager wearing a backpack walking away from the table near our pool in our backyard at our beach house. Dad rushes downstairs to record this stalker on camera before he gets away. This guy could possibly be the stalker who was wearing the scary killer clown costume. He ran like he was hiding something.
