Demolish the bank.\r - Summon 2 workers to the farm and 2 workers to the forestry.\r - Build the well and 2 cabins. Upgrade all cabins.\r - Build a dovecote and buy 2 doves. Cheer up the leprechaun(300).\r - Build a dovecote and buy 2 doves. Cheer up the leprechaun(450).\r - Demolish 2 dovecotes next to the wells.
