IMPORTANT! 2017 UPDATE: - Just recently, Youtube no longer supports Flash Video Player. However you can download the videos and play them back later to stop the buffering. Another trick is to disconnect any of your other devices like cell phones that are on your wifi. That could also help. Ill update the video when I find out if there is a workaround. \r

Its so dang annoying when you are watching a Youtube video or on a Google Hangout with your team and/ or guests and the video keeps stopping every few moments then starts back up again only to repeat the process every time. I wonder how much business is lost! \r

Well I discovered a way to solve the problem. Its super simple.\r
