California sues Trump administration over DACA elimination

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra on Monday sued the Trump Administration over the termination of DACA. Becerra argues that rescinding DACA violates the Fifth Amendment since there is a concert that the administration will use the personal information that was provided by Dreamers at the time of applying to the program, to find them and deport them. Attorney generals for the states of Maine, Maryland and Minnesota joined the California's lawsuit.
