Hicks named permanent White House communications director
  • 7 years ago
Hope Hicks, the interim White House communications director, will now hold the job on a permanent basis. Hicks took the communications role last month when Anthony Scaramucci was fired, just 10 days after assuming the position. Bloomberg reported that Hicks is "viewed by staff as a strong leader because she is one of the president’s most trusted aides and therefore secure in her standing."
