At least 10 people are dead in the U.S. following Hurricane Irma. A flash flood emergency was issued Monday afternoon as the category 5 hurricane was downgraded to a tropical storm. President Trump approved a major disaster declaration for Florida. Irma came following Hurricane Harvey, which killed at least 60.
