How to get Learner Driving Licence in 1-hour at Home.
I got my Learner driving Licence made in June-2017. Here I would explain the detailed process associated with the same. Less information & assuming long queue in such offices, it seems like a very difficult task. Some say it takes few weeks.
Many of us procrastinate & delay this even for few years. As it is Mandatory and required for legal purposes we should get it asap..
Steps for getting Learner Driving Licence at Home
1) Prepare your-self with documents, Submit them & Pay fee online
2) Learn about Driving rules & take few Mock Learner Driving Licence Test
3) Do real Learner Driving licence Test Online
4) Print your Driving Licence at Home
We will go here step by step in detail
1) Prepare yourself with documents & submit them & Pay fee online
- Residential Certificate any two (AADHAR is must, voter card/passport/telephone/electricity bill/ ration card etc)
- Birth Certificate (Age) (Minimum age 18 years) (M.C. birth certificate, PAN card)
- Two passport size photographs.
- Blood group should be known
Once you have gathered all the documents take photo of all these documents with phone.

2) Learn about Driving rules & take Mock Test Online

There is going to be a test on the day you go to Office so make sure you are ready for the same.

When you pass the test then your Licence is approved and you can download the Licence at below site.
4) Print your Driving Licence at Home
- Go to link at below site and print your Learner Licence at home.

You can see there is no need to go to office and stand in lines.
Just in case you need to visit and online does not work. Steps are as below
1) After arranging all the documents go to the office of City SDM (Mini Secretariat in case of Gurgaon). Location as as given below. Office timing is 9:00AM~01:00PM. You should reach by 8:50AM if you want to get free in 1-hour.
