Hurricane Irma downgraded as it approaches Florida

Hurricane Irma has been downgraded to category 4 as it barrels towards Florida. Irma is already responsible for at least 19 deaths after ravaging much of the Caribbean. The extremely dangerous hurricane still packs winds up to 155 mph. Irma is expected to be "way bigger" than Hurricane Andrew, according to Gov. Rick Scott. Residents of South Florida are leaving just hours before Irma is expected to touch down.
