The special committee of the ministers, meeting with the authority officer, the investors and the builders, decided that the two builders would not take the remaining money from the investors until they got possession.

नोएडा, ग्रेटर नोएडा व यमुना प्राधिकरण क्षेत्र में आम्रपाली और जेपी समूह के विभिन्न प्रोजेक्टों में 72 हजार फ्लैट, विला व भूखंड खरीदने वाले निवेशकों (खरीदार) को बड़ी राहत देने की घोषणा की गई। मंत्रियों की विशेष समिति ने प्राधिकरण अधिकारी, निवेशक और बिल्डरों के साथ बैठक कर निर्णय लिया कि दोनों बिल्डर फ्लैटों पर कब्जा देने तक निवेशकों से बाकी पैसा नहीं लेंगे।
