Europe to the rescue! Tankers bringing oil to the U.S.

A fleet of tankers is headed to the U.S. with millions of gallons of gas. Harvey has caused 13 U.S. oil refineries to close with others working at reduced rates. Ships that were bound to other international ports have been rerouted for the U.S. This comes at a time when gas pump prices are expected to sky rocket with Labor Day weekend ahead.
