Hurricane Harvey creates chaos in oil industry

It's not looking good for U.S petrol prices. East coast refineries have been taking a hit since Harvey struck, and a major pipeline has stopped deliveries of diesel, petrol and aviation fuel. As of now, fuel prices jumped 10 cents a gallon to nearly $2.45 for a nationwide average. "It's a chilling effect on the refining industry, which is in a dire state right now," DeHaan sees another jump in prices with Labor Day weekend ahead.
