Info from Licensor: "After a long night of torrential rainfall, we woke up to find our apartment complex completely surrounded by seven feet of water. Unfortunately, several neighbors were flooded, and they had to be airlifted by helicopter out of their homes by emergency personnel. I filmed these events from the door of my apartment complex."
