Info from Licensor: "We saw this dog walking back and forth on a stack of sand bags across the street. We decided to go and get him. My wife was taking the video while I was going to retrieve him in the rising high waters. Since the rain was dropping about 2-3 inches of rain in 1 hour, it was imperative to get him as soon as possible. When we got him, we cleaned him, fed him, and kept him for three days until the owner returned."
