Info from Licensor: "This video is taken at Madge lake Saskatchewan, I had seen a similar video and was at the farm one day and saw my old toboggan from when I was a kid up in the rafters. I dug it out and went on my buddies boat to give it a try. It worked pretty well and I surfed the toboggan"
