Louisiana prepares for worst case scenario with Harvey

Hurricane Harvey has battered southeastern Texas dumping more than 25 inches of rain in the Houston area in just 36 hours. The storm now moves toward Louisiana, and has residents bracing for the worst. "We do have a long way to go with this particular storm. This is going to play out over several days." The National Weather Service is predicting up to 10 inches of rain in New Orleans as Harvey rolls through.
