Drivers come up with creative ways to honk after ban in China

A funny video has emerged of drivers using different objects to make themselves heard on the road after honking got banned in China.

The footage, shot in Jinan, Shandong Province on August 20, shows drivers using loud speakers, microphones, whistles and even a shrilling chicken toy instead of their car horn on the first no-honking day.

In order to control the traffic noise pollution, police has reportedly issued no-honking policy.

Anyone who breaks the rule would be fined between two to 20 pounds.
