IPCC accuse police of bias during Ian Watkins investigation

The Independent Police Complaints Commission said that South Wales Police missed a number of opportunities to bring convicted paedophile Ian Watkins to justice sooner, in particular by ignoring evidence from one ex-girlfriend Joanne Mjadzelics. Watkins was sentenced to 29 years' imprisonment with a further six years on licence in December 2013. Report by Willmotta.
