China didn't make any new moves in the South China Sea, Hua Chunying, the spokeswoman of the China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Wednesday (Manila). She said the coast guard patrol vessels in Huangyan Island (Chinese name for Scarborough Shoal) are just performing their duty in guarding their territorial waters according to Chinese laws.
