by Jeff DonlanAyhan Azak broke a new record on Monday by eating almost 5 pounds of honey in just three minutes at the second annual Honey Festival.Held in the Turkish province of Antalya, the Honey Festival celebrates the unique way the region produces its honey. At an altitude of 1200 meters, or 3,937 feet, the resulting honey has a low sugar rate.Fifteen people attended the competition where Azak, 49, took home the championship, beating last year’s record. Although Azak is not a honey producer himself, he told the press that he really loves eating honey on a daily basis.
