Federal court tosses Texas voter ID law again

A federal judge struck down Texas' voter ID law again after ruling the law makes it harder for minorities to vote. U.S. District Judge Nelva Gonzales Ramos ruled the law is unfair and violates the Voting Rights Act. The "revised" version of the law is backed by the Trump administration and Texas Republicans.
