Ganesh Chaturthi : NCEF Introduces Seed Ganesha

Ganesha's which were made of Plaster of Paris(POP) were not biodegradable and also the paints used on commonly available clay Ganesha were toxic and harmful. With this in mind Seed Ganesha created get dissolved without releasing any toxic materials. National Environment Care Foundation (NECF) will contribute to tree-planting in a big way in this Ganesha Chaturthi. NECF Shashidhar Shetty said, when people order for idols they will get idols encased with saplings.
