President Donald Trump hasn’t been in office that long… and it appears he may have trouble having those bodyguards for the rest of the year.
Here’s the thing… a new report claims that the Secret Service is already out of money for the year and they’ve hit their spending caps for agent salaries and overtime for 2017.
And it’s only been 7 months.
It’s hard to pin point the exact cause… but when you consider that they’ve spend 60,000 dollars on golf cart rentals, and remember that it costs an estimated 2 million bucks for each trip to Mar-a-Lago, you can see how finances could be dire.
There are 42 people who get secret service protection during the Trump administration and 18 of those people are family.
Ivanka and Jared Kushner needed protection when they went on a skiing vacation to Aspen, and Tiffany Trump even took vacay’s to German and Hungary with her boyfriend Ross Mechanic.
Guess if the secret service needs to borrow money, they know a billionaire who could lend them a few bucks.
