Trump Mentions 'Crooked Hillary Clinton' In His Tweet Thanking Bannon

President Trump tweeted about Steve Bannon and Hillary Clinton on Saturday.

President Trump took another aim at Hillary Clinton on Twitter, while thanking ousted Steve Bannon "for his service" as White House chief strategist.
"I want to thank Steve Bannon for his service," Trump tweeted on Saturday. "He came to the campaign during my run against Crooked Hillary Clinton - it was great! Thanks S."
The president talked about Bannon during a recent press briefing as well.
"I like Mr. Bannon. He's a friend of mine," Trump told reporters on Tuesday. "He is not a racist, I can tell you that. He's a good person. He actually gets very unfair press in that regard."
After weeks of intense speculation, the New York Times reports, "the embattled chief strategist who helped President Trump win the 2016 election by embracing their shared nationalist impulses, departed the White House on Friday after a turbulent tenure shaping the fiery populism of the president’s first seven months in office."
