Here’s something we weren’t expecting to hear: Kris Jenner tried to stop Kim Kardashian from getting married.
Well, that’s according to a new report by the Hollywood Reporter.
In a new interview, the reality tv star said that the night before she wed Kris Humphries, her mom pulled her aside off camera and said this isn’t it for you… why don’t you go away and I’ll handle it?
Kim thought it about it and then felt that if she did that, everyone was going to think she got married just for the show.
Then afterwards people were saying she would have to stay married for a year but she physically couldn’t do it – and when she made the decision to go through with the divorce, every one went ahead and said it was for the show and wanted to take her down.
Kim famously filed for divorce 72 days after her wedding to Kris Humphries.
