Man Who Lost Arms and Legs Defies All Odds to Get Diver's License

In the blink of an eye, Dmitri Pavlenko lost both arms and both legs in a military accident in 1999. However, Dmitri mustered up the courage and perseverance to achieve an 'impossible' dream. The Russian defied all odds over the weekend when he passed his final diving exam near Moscow and became a certified diver, becoming the first ever Russian, and only the fifth person in the world, to receive an official diving qualification with such a severe disability.
