China's recent indirect threat of entering Kalapani in Uttarakhand has set alarm bells ringing regarding India's security situation near the borders with Nepal and China. The Infrastructure across Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh is really poor for movement of troops and the need of the hour demands otherwise.
