Kenya's Uhuru Kenyatta wins second term with 54.27%: official

As Kenya's President Uhuru Kenyatta is declared the winner of a disputed election with 54.27 percent of votes, party officials of his rival Raila Odinga who scored 44.74 percent, call the results a charade.
