Celebrating 20 Years of the Boryeong Mud Festival in South Korea

The Boryeong Mud Festival in South Korea celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2017. The event was originally conceived as a way to promote the benefits of mud as a mineral-rich cosmetic product. Now, the sloppy celebration features locals and tourists playing around in mud pools and muddy obstacle courses at Daecheon Beach.
