Glen Campbell, the boyish singer-guitarist whose perfect blend of country and pop made for such hits as “Gentle on My Mind” and “Rhinestone Cowboy,” died Tuesday (Aug. 8) after struggling with Alzheimer's disease for years. He was 81.
