So, Halle Berry’s getting into the mix when it comes to the Bond franchise… and what she has to say might surprise you.
She was giving an interview to Entertainment Tonight when she admitted that James Bond should always be male.
Her exact words were: I want women to be tough but I don’t know if Bond should be a woman.
She added that the series is steeped in history, and we can create a new Bond character that’s a woman, give her a new name, but shouldn’t change James into a woman.
The topic of conversation probably arose because Chris Hemsworth mentioned Charlize Theron should take over the reins of James Bond… since Daniel Craig was on the fence.
But rumor has it he might be taking on the role one last time.
Halle famously played the role of Jinx alongside Pierce Brosnan in the 2002 Bond movie, Die Another Day.
