Foam blankets Chinese city

Parts of a Chinese city have been blanketed in white foam which blew off a nearby salt-lake.
A video filmed on July 25 showed children playing in the the foam as though it were snow.
The foam was produced by high winds whipping the lake in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province.
