BCCI opposes cricket' inclusion into Olympic sport | Oneindia News

BCCI is not interested to bring the cricket into the Olympic fold despite the ICC pushing for cricket to be a part of the mega event. Meanwhile, Cricket was last played in the Olympics in the 1900 Paris Games and the ICC is pushing for a return of the T20 format of the sport in the 2024 Olympics, which will be held at the same venue where it last featured. But for that to happen, the ICC needs the BCCI on board and as of now most of the BCCI officials are in no mood for that.
