Security forces arrest Venezuelan mayor two days before controversial election

Venezuela's Supreme Court ordered the arrest of Alfredo Ramos, mayor of Iribarren, part of the city of Barquisimeto. Ramos is accused of facilitating protests against the country's President Nicolas Maduro. He is the second mayor arrested for being in opposition to Maduro.
