Seabubbles' flying water car system hopes to change the way you travel by becoming the aquatic equivalent to pay-per-ride taxi services like Uber and Lyft. The Bubble is made of lightweight fiberglass components, floats two feet above the water while in motion, and is charged using solar energy, which means no emissions. After trial runs in Paris, Seabubbles hopes to expand to other major waterfront cities like London and New York.
