Aurangabad DM suggests selling of wife if no toilet at home | Oneindia News

In an effort to promote the Swachh Bharat campaign, district magistrate of Aurangabad in Bihar ,Kanwal Tanuj, on Sunday told villagers that if they do not have money to build a toilet at home, they should go and sell their wives. Tanuj however said that the statement should not be seen in isolation as it was made in a particular context.
