Chester Bennington: 'In The End'

Chester Bennington and Linkin Park have been entertaining fans since the early 2000s. Bennington, who committed suicide by hanging at the age of 41, grew up in a divided home. He turned to poetry and writing songs as an outlet for family issues and bullying. His music career began at the age of 17, playing with Sean Dowdell in a couple of bands. Then, in 1998, he was handed the opportunity to audition for lead singer in Linkin Park. Linkin Park's music would influence a nation of alternative rock fans for over a decade. Bennington is also known for bridging the gap between rock, rap and electronic music. Linkin Park's last album, "One More Light," was released May 19, 2017. Bennington leaves behind six children and his wife Talinda Ann Bentley.
